Anyone who wants their story to outlive them. Many of our clients are parents and grandparents who want to pass down memories to their children and grandchildren. Others are families who want to give their aging loved ones a meaningful gift — one that says, "Your story matters, and we want to keep it." This is a pre-need service, meaning we photograph you while you're here and able to participate in telling your own story.

A small, weatherproof QR plaque is placed on a gravestone, memorial bench, urn, or any smooth surface. When someone scans the code with their smartphone camera, it opens your digital memorial page in their browser — no app download required. The page displays your portraits, life story, photo timeline, and personal messages.

Your memorial page is designed to be permanent. We handle hosting and maintenance so your family never has to worry about renewals, fees, or technical upkeep. The goal is for your page to be there for your grandchildren, their children, and beyond.

It's a relaxed, guided portrait session in our downtown Austin studio. We'll work through a few different looks and expressions, and you'll see every image in real time on our large monitor. Most sessions last 30-45 minutes. There's no rushing — we want you to feel comfortable and present. We also schedule a separate conversation to capture your stories and personal narrative.

Absolutely. Family members can provide additional photos for the timeline, write their own tributes, and share memories. The page is designed to grow — it's not just your story, it's the story of how you touched others.

Our studio is accessible, and we're experienced at working with clients of all ages and abilities. We can also arrange in-home or on-location sessions for clients who are unable to travel to the studio. The session is always designed around the client's comfort first.

Legacy Portrait sessions start at $595 and include the portrait session, storytelling consultation, retouched digital portraits, a designed memorial page, and a weatherproof QR plaque.
